Please I need urgent help on how to get a better text book/e.book for visual basic. I've tried a book by Dietel et al but it seems not good enough. Please i need help from an experienced person, expecting!

Is it VB or VB.NET you are interested in?

If it is VB.NET, I'll advice that you pick up C# instead, there are tons more resources and opportunities.

Meanwhile both C and VB run on dotnet framework which makes the same number of resources available for the two. isnt it?

Type .NET or ASP.NET into a search engine and tell me how many articles you will find on VB.NET, talkless of VB or even C. They will be 90% C# (same goes with jobs). It is best to give anybody starting a new journey the best advise.

The poster is a beginner who is finding trouble getting learning material, so why would they need resources on C in the .NET framework, which are ALL advanced level stuff anyway?
