MTN Nigeria has discontinued support for Blackberry phones. This is coming few days after Whatsapp stopped supporting Blackberry phones. With the new development, it means Blackberry users are expected to upgrade to smartphone. The message sent to all blackberry MTN subscribers reads “Dear Customer, MTN Blackberry service will be decommissioned on 27/01/2017.
