The second meeting was held in Oyo state.

Oyo State Deliberative Assembly Resolutions:

The national leadership of Youth Arise as part of its resolve to tour the 36 states of the federation including federal capital territory in preparing the youth and re-awakening young people's consciousness towards political participation and providing leadership alternative to Nigerians visited Oyo State, The meeting had 61 youth leaders across and outside the state in attendance.

The short term working document of YouthArise was presented to the state leadership and discussion centering on youth political revolution that will result to youth occupying political power in 2019 and beyond were discussed. The interim leadership in Oyo State also presented their membership drive mechanism and plan across all the local government and wards in Oyo State. All members present re-affirmed their commitment to the statement of objectives of YouthArise "to awaken the consciousness of the youth to our strength (numbers) and also use such to influence the direction of leadership in our nation through political participation, leadership and governance" where youth will take the center stage.

The need for finance in the interim pending official registration with CAC and subsequent registration as youth revolutionary political party was discussed and it was agreed that members and non members who desire to voluntarily donate to the movement should send such to the two under listed individual accounts.

The meeting ended with a shake and meet session. The leadership therefore announced the date for Abuja meeting which will hold on 28th January, 2017.
