Ijebu-Ode Grammar School marks another 'birthday' today January 20,2017. No doubt, the school has made and is continuing to make tremendous impact in the development of education in Ijebu Land, Ogun State, the Western Region, the Country, Africa Continent and the world in general. Thanks to all who are making the school proud in their different chosen fields of endeavours. May the Lord continue to graciously increase us all.
We thank our Centenary President the Father of ECOWAS, the Brain behind the NYSC in Nigeria, a former Economic Adviser to five different Countries in the continent, a man whose CV is intimidating Prof Adebayo Adedeji.
Special thanks to the current National President Engineer Ebenezer Babaranti Osoba an Engineer of repute who retains membership of several reputable professional bodies including: Chartered Engineer of the Institute of Civil Engineers of Great Britain; Registered Engineer of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers; Past President of the Federation of Construction Industry (FOCI) (1991-96); Past President of COREN (2001-2003); Past Chairman of Central Dredging Association (CEDA) West African Group, Lagos.
We remember all National Executive officers late and alive.
Adequate thanks to all past and present principals and teachers,may the Lord bountifully reward them.
To the current Students of the school, we wish them happy celebration and urge that they keep the flag flying.
