I've been drinking Chivita "NO SUGAR" for about three weeks now after a friend recommended that it's good and safe for the health. I take this juice with almost all my food (usually dinner). Are there any harmful effects of taking this drink?

you can discontinue if you observe any changes in your body.. one that you don't like.. for me a juice DAT is simply from natural sources like fruits.. is very healthy and will not place a heavy load on your insulin secretion.. its better to use honey than cane sugar so I have read because its made of fructose(fruit sugar).. on a second thought that no sugar mite jus mean no artificial sugar.. or perphaps its tasteless cos it's no longer juice if there is no taste. taking a juice with no sugar after meal mite be cool because your body won't work hard absorbing all d sugar in your food. along with the one in your juice. my opinion sha. hope it helps

If there's really no sugar, why is it sweet? Do you really think they squeezed the juice out of how many fruits to get that amount of juice? Maybe there's no sugar, but there could be added artificial sweeteners. Check the carton. Good luck.
