World biggest Smartphone maker, Samsung has revealed the reason behind the failed Galaxy Note7 device which was launched in 2016.Samsung conducted series of investigation on the phone in which over 2.5 million phone was recalled, they blamed faulty batteries to the reason why the phone is catching fire .The company were forced to stop the production of the phone last year, there main aim of the production of this phone is to compete with another Tech giant Apple after the launched of their IPHONE 7 and 7s
Samsung Company lost billions in lost profit and also damaged the tech company image in the world market which also leads to corruption scandals that made President Park Geun Hye’s impeachment Internal and independent investigations "concluded that batteries were found to be the cause of the Galaxy Note 7 incidents," Samsung said in a statement
“We sincerely apologies for the discomfort and concern we have caused to our customers” Koh Dong-Jin, the head of its mobile business, told reporters in Seoul
