Jonathan, Obasanjo In Closed Door Meeting In Ogun by kenejicks(m): 11:56pm On Jan 23, 2017
Contrary to speculation that immediate-past President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan was in the US for the inauguration of the new American President , Donald Trump, he was in Ibogun Olaogun village in Ifo local government area of Ogun state holding a closed door meeting with former President Olusegun Obasanjo. The duo held a closed-door meeting for about 30 minutes. Dr Jonathan who was accompanied by few of his former aides including former Minister of special duties, Kabiru Turaki arrived Ibogun at 11:58pm in a chopper and was received by the security aides of Obasanjo who led him to a room where the former President was playing ‘ayo’ game with some of his friends. Saturday Vanguard gathered that Obasanjo had reportedly invited muslim clerics, pastors, women among others in the community to welcome his estranged political son to his village. Scores of residents trooped out when the news of Jonathan’s arrival filtered into the town as https:///YRh3iV
