change of ownership is important but not compulsory. to do it does not attract direct cost save for logistics. most likely that is what an agent will charge u for undertaking it for you. otherwise, u.can do it yourself at minimal fee

Painfully I've been there when I first had this challenge with the stabilizer; and I did so because Binatone could not assist then as there were no service centres yet.
This was almost 2 years ago.

I met someone there who opened and adjusted something; but it only worked for some months, then back to same issue.
Since then, I just left it.

I feel it's a minor issue, but most people don't have exact replacement parts for Binatone.

The stabilizer comes on with an H indication on the screen when powered.
I believe that signifies "High voltage".

Alternative option now is to go back to Binatone, but I know they will treat it as a product void of warranty or that has been tampered.

That of the fan, I'm suspecting the capacitor after I explained to a friend.
It doesn't rotate, but does so if manually moved.

I really wish I have a credible referral for Binatone products or someone who's worked on such before.

A bus from Yaba to Ikeja; then another from Ikeja to Oshodi.
Stop at Bolade bus stop and cross over to the other side of the road.

The way advised earlier is long tings.

From Yaba walk to Jibowu and take a bus going to Mushin. Once in Mushin proper you will see buses going to Oshodi. Tell the Oshodi bus driver that you want to reach Arena, either he will drop you at Oshodi last bustop or he will drop you at Arena. From Jibowu to Arena is one straight road and can even be one bus. Its quite easy.
