TBH you have to reduce it further is you want it to move. Put yourself in the shoes of the buyer, delivery fee added to it will amount to buying a new one, why not just go for a new one once and for all.?

1. For those outside Lagos, it won't be worth it considering the cost and handling. Except you have someone here to pickup on your behalf and we close the deal while you sort yourselves.

2. Brand New goes for about 25k, when I bought them it was about 19k. So review your offer and up it a little.
