AMD graphics are not cheap. There are very expensive AMD graphics card just as there are Nvidia ones. It all depends on the year they are made and what type of work they are made for. There's AMD graphics card costing millions and close to and there are budget ones as well in the hundred thousands...
As a matter of fact AMD is the only serious rival to Nvidia for years in the graphics department and that says a lot.

Picking either of those 3 depends solely on your budget. I think the choice is very clear if you are looking only at those 3 options. They're all good and the ranking in performance is as you've arranged it (from top to bottom)

No the 1650 is the best of the 3. Thought you arranged them as 1650, RX 560, and 1050 (2GB) respectively.

Meanwhile, I've got laptops with Nvidia 1650Ti (the best 4GB dedicated graphics among Nvidia's GTX series) and also a GTX 1060 - 6GB dedicated going for same price

Very true. However, given the option between Nvidia and AMD, I'll advise anyone interested to run away from AMD. Their processors as well as their drivers mean one is deliberately buying problems. My fair share of AMD processors and drivers over the years has shown me that you should avoid them if you want to live long.

Some argue that AMD new generation processors do not exhibit the same nightmares as that of their older generation's and that their current drivers are more stable but still won't fail to hint you to go for Intel with dedicated GPU if the purpose is for heavy gaming, coding and editing which are resource intensive.

It is all about cost. If that isn't a question, then AMD should best be avoided.
