If I disagreed with the other red flags you listed I would have pointed it out. Not doing so simply means I'm in agreement with it.

Non-lagos location ought not to have been there. If you've had issues with such location(s) before is not enough reason for generalisation.

Non-lagos location ought not to have been there. If you've had issues with such location(s) before is not enough reason for generalisation.

I have never and, by God's grace, will never have issues by way of scam as I will always do my due diligence before every transaction. I am also not averse to deals out of Lagos, as I have never called out anyone with deals outside Lagos

If you have been observant, you should have noticed that the recent scams that have happened very recently and even last year were centred around deals that were domiciled outside of Lagos. It was a pretty similar pattern by these scammers - put up a mouth-watery price, state an out-of-Lagos location and talk about the possibility of waybill to their victims who have already been hoodwinked by the prospects of a "sweet deal".

You should also notice that I was careful not to mention any state out of Lagos coz i believe these scammers can use any state for their plot. It could even be Ogun state which is very close to Lagos. But their plan is still the same - making victims part with their money upfront

Again, I encourage you to look at the bigger picture and think the way these scammers would think. We shouldn't even be having this argument as I believe we have the same objective which is to prevent unsuspecting folks from falling prey. This argument will only derail our good intentions.
