Sure you could say all this, how would it be like , you own a company or shopping mall and someone came to your shop or your company for an interview physically with a mask on his face, and this mask covers 97% of your face which supposed to be his identity, would you carry on with the transaction as a shop owner or Carry on with the process of an interview if you seat on the same interview with your boards of directors overseeing the interview processes?

If I were you bro, I'd like to see the face of whom am dealing with, for future sake. At the beginning of any of my transactions such as this online shopping I may ignore not asking you to fix a picture to your WhatsApp, but in a transaction that turns out this way I believe am 100% correct to ask to see the picture of my customer cos you can't appear faceless in all the transactions.

What happens if you are the online buyer and your to be supplier on a WhatsApp platform is incognito, would you continue the transaction or you would stop?

In my case here I played along with him, he paid, I delivered his item told him how we dispatch and the fees (1,500) involved he objected refused to pay for dispatch saying he doesn't want to spend more money. I told him to come pick it up then on the island where our shop is he said he will send someone to do that on his behalf I agreed and collected the person's name and phone number for security purposes and means of identification, the person finally came and picked up the item, then the owner of the said item Started ranting that I sold a substandard goods to him for 12500 imagine! Something we can hardly do. I requested that he should send me the picture of the item he bought from our shop he refused up till now, cos maybe the man who picked it might have played a fast one on him or he doesn't know what he's buying.

Like I said in my previous response here, I have sold more than 10 pairs of same Item he's complaining about and NONE OF MY BUYERS HAD ANY COMPLAIN after making the purchase. It's just him alone.

Now trying to solve the issue gently he now Started throwing curses here and there calling his generation a disgrace and to whom nemesis will catch on with and he will spoil the business of his generation by coming to Nairaland to seek justice, that even we the nairalanders are fraudulent that was why he left. Now why is he coming back to the same people he call fraud to judge his case, imagine.

Your comparison to an interview is totally baseless and devoid of common sense. Even if you were a shop owner and someone comes to your shop with a mask on, as long as he pays and goes with the item he paid for, it is totally not your business why he has a mask on - for all we know,, it could be a medical recommendation for cogent reasons.

Anyone who comes to your DM to enquire about a product you sell most likely has genuine intentions to buy. It is very rude and totally out of place to ask them to upload their picture. Just like someone said, I will stop the transaction immediately if you did that to. In online sales, you should be focused on getting your customer's money, in exchange for good customer service.

You keep requesting that he sends you a picture of the shoe. I thought you are the seller. Don't you know the picture of the shoe you sold to him? Even if you are requesting for real life pictures of the shoe so that you can compare with some others online, your comparison will be baseless if you also don't compare with the real life pictures of those other shoes.

The pride and sense of of entitlement in your posts regarding this issue is really appalling and repulsive.
