she might have spent all her profit on the transaction during the back and forth , I’ll suggest you make effort to connect with seller and offer to cover the cost of logistics to exchange the shoe from wherever she’s picking it from, she need to up her game because you can’t sell wrong shoe 👞 size to someone and expect the person to manage it.

I had to read this several times with the hope that you didn't actually mean what was conveyed in that post.

This seller has been called out several times here. She refuses to pick calls not to talk of returning calls. Responding to WhatsApp is a herculean task for her.

The buyer has stated his position clearly and you can see the feeble response she provided........even after pictures were provided. No remorse whatsoever.

Yes we know the shoes don't belong to her, we know she does drop shipping but she needs to be a bit more transparent. All expenses on the back and forth should be hers. She needs to learn how to take responsibility for her actions and inactions.

Away with this sentimental and weak posturing. Let her do the proper thing for once.

Paying for another logistics is not the issue. The issue is that she doesn't want to do another exchange because she feels she is right or she doesn't have the correct size 42, hence, using reverse psychology on me.
Let’s hope she cooperate because she can’t be thinking she’s right to have delivered two different sizes to the same person, you shouldn’t even be the one to pay for logistic if we have to be firm and do things rightly but I’m just trying to figure the easier way out and I’m glad you have offered to help pay for delivery to make this easy for her

Kindly look into this matter, it’s not good for business. He has offered to pay for logistic, you can just take a picture of whatever you are sending to him and let him confirm before sending , do your best to build confidence in those who trust you enough to send money for things without meeting you.

In business Trust is the KEY , maintain it.

I told her 96 hrs before coming here that I can come to Yaba to get the correct sizes and I am also willing to pay for the logistics. She was just reluctant to do the needful. She never agreed she was wrong. That is why she told everyone here that I got the correct sizes. She won't pick my call or reply my message.

Moreso, I paid for logiistics to get the wrong sizes of the shoes.
From experience, she will not respond. I shared on this thread how stopped responding to me when I requested a change in size. She'll then hibernate for a few days then it's back to advertising like nothing happened. That's the observable pattern.

There's nothing aggrieved people haven't said here but does it get to her? Not for a second.
