she's a very nice person and i have bought a lot of things from her without issue including giving free items too. but remember at times when you buy things online dah is not brand new It can go either way... just be patient i believe she will work something out.
you can also put yourself in her shoe... i believe she is running at lost on this item you bought but that's business and also pressure on the other side bcus of your frequent calls and chats.

I’ve never given her pressure… I ran at loss too.. even told her we should share the next cost so she doesn’t have to do that alone.. she’s a nice person yes I know and confirmed that..

Reason why I haven’t said anything on here.. what got me surprised was how I’ve been sending her messages and calls yet no response from her..
It’ll make anybody feel bad after buying from you and you’re not replying to me again..

I have also complaint about the communication aspect before too. but i guess its because of the workload on her.
i can testify to that or if you meet her one on one her phone is always busy with calls and messages.
