The grand finale of miss Nollywood beauty pageant 2017/ Nollywood excellent Awards took centre stage on the 20th December 2016 with some high profile names in attendance including Nollywood veteran actor chief jim lawson who bag a lifetime achievement Award. Also the programme recognized film makers as best directors/actors and actresses etc. The event which recorded an overwhelming crowd in Bayelsa state, showbiz entrepreneurs and political personalities had over 20 contestants who battled it out on the big stage for the tittles. After a rigorous process that saw the judges in diploma. Miss anambra representative precious maduabuchi won miss Nollywood international Miss akwa ibom won Lizzy umoh miss Nollywood Nigeria. Miss Enugu won Daniella fidelis most beautiful girl Nollywood Miss Edo won Precious Ato miss Nollywood culture& tourism Nigeria. Miss delta won Tamara amasinghan Face of Nollywood Nigeria alongside two kings in Nollywood Mr Nollywood and Mr Nollywood culture and tourism. They dazzled and impressed the judges on stage was crowned the 2016/17 winners in the colourful event. Though, some award recipients were also football coach businessman philanthropist etc The new winners are expected to embark on projects geared towards the fight against piracy in the entertainment industry alongside Nollywood film makers. It was reported that the event which had impressive coverage from notable tv stations including online blogs like Ebiwalismoment.com and other media houses was packaged by Bk global entertainment/movies NEXT 1MILLION MATCH ON PIRACY ALONGSIDE CELEBRITIES..
