As fares keeps skyrocketing in the aviation industry occasioned by operational challenges, Dana Air has taken a step to ease the pain of travelers by launching a perfect valentine promo.

_mtcheew... Nothing can make me fly Dana Air again. Their customer service desk is one of the most chaotic, that I have ever come across. I remember one time in Abuja when everyone was struggling to get seats out of the city on a Friday evening, to Lagos.

We had all paid for our tickets, only for them to tell us at the counter that there were no more seats. Immediately, they added an extra surcharge to their fares, for those who wanted to be put on the waitlist, in case seats became available.

Come and see how people were rushing to pay extra money to Dana, in the hope that they would still be able to board the plane. Okay, after waiting for about 3 hours, the plane finally arrived and we boarded. Only for us to discover that the entire plane was half-empty. Yet, they had given us a false impression that it was over-booked, and even made two-thirds of us to pay extra money, to secure seats.

When they now told us after boarding, that we would still have to wait another hour to get more passengers, come and see how people on board lambasted them. No one told them, before their pilot shut the doors and took all of us with the half-empty seats to Lagos.
