Speaking at the 2016 Batch B Stream 2 Swearing In Program the incumbent state Governor of Ondo State called on Nigerian youths to partake actively in National development, laying more emphasis on the economy and job creation.

The Governor was represented by Hon. Dayo Aworinde the Commissioner For Youths Development and Sports. He said.

"Now is the time for the youths to make full use of the agricultural and industrial facilities in Nigeria to transform the Nigeria from a consumer nation to a producing nation."

The Governor who spoke on the challenges of the economy and need for diversification also advised youths to put Nigeria first in life and try to work in the interest of the country ahead of religion or ethnicity.

According to Honourable Dayo the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) is the perfect avenue for all corp member to before a job creator rather than job seeker.

The Swearing in ceremony was also eventful as cultural dancers from Ikare Akoko township which the Ondo State NYSC orientation camp is located also graced the event.

Also present at the occasion was the Chief Judge of the State (pls I need his name), who was in charge of the Oath taking by the Youth Corp members.

Okay, we the youths have heard but at least the Federal govt should at least provide the nessasary amenities like constant electricity to ease our start-ups & entrepreneurial endeavors and also security to protect our resources and machineries.
