Most fruits are acidic till it ripens and the level of acidity drops which is a very unfavourable place for a virus to survive...

In my own little knowledge HIV binds and feeds on white blood cells to thrive and duplicate do fruits contain that? If the answer is no then the possibility of it being transmitted through fruits is zero cos it will die as soon as there's nothing to bind to and feed on and as soon as it's in contact with the acidity of fruits
