1. Print Media
2. Employer Websites
3. Job Boards
4. Recruitment Agents
5. Social Media
6. Networking
7. Speculative Applications
8. Freelancing

1. Print Media

Traditional print media (newspapers, magazines, journals etc.) are still great places to find employment. Newspapers, magazines and journals are good sources of targeted job advertisements. For example, local newspapers are a great way to find local job advertisements. Similarly, magazines and journals are also great ways to find targeted job advertisements. For example, an engineering journal may feature jobs targeted at those with an interest in engineering.

2. Employer Websites

Are there any employers that you would like to work for? Checking an employer website direct is a great way to find out more about an employer and their recruitment procedure. If recruitment information is not clearly visible check for pages titled “Jobs” or “Careers” or “Join us”. You could also try looking for a section entitled “Sitemap” which lists the main pages of a website or using a search facility. You may be able to register your details in the employer database and to sign up for job notifications by email or social media. The downside of this approach is that it can be time consuming checking every employer website. It can also be time consuming completing each on-line registration form. It can therefore be more useful to utilise job boards like www.news24media.com.

3. Job Boards

Job boards are websites like www.news24media.com that are dedicated to listing job advertisements. These websites are used by both employers and recruitment agents to advertise jobs. Job boards are an excellent place to conduct employment research. They can quickly help you to understand what type of jobs are available and where, as well as the salaries available. You can also find out more about the skills, experience and qualifications required in particular jobs.

4. Recruitment Agents

Recruitment (or employment) agents help employers to find suitable candidates and are usually paid a fee by the employer for this service. Not all recruitment agents offer the same service. Some only contact you if you are a suitable candidate for a particular job, whilst others will stay in regular contact and proactively promote you (subject to your consent) as a candidate to employers. It is important to remember that not all employers choose to recruit through recruitment agents. If you choose to solely rely on recruitment agents then you could miss out on other opportunities that are available. Read More http://www.news24media.com/8-different-ways-find-job/

Great tips as usual here, keep on sharing. I noticed that there are more and more young people who prefer to seek job online, via special services like Jobian https://jobian.com/ru/ or freelancing platforms. I am not an exception and usually I am being hired online, too.
