OSENI ABDULWASI who had accident yesterday could not survive the bleeding. The medics did all they could but the internal bleeding was too much. May his soul rest in peace. Until his demise, OSENI was serving his  country in lokoja, kogi state. He was returning from CDS meeting on 26/01/2017 when he and his friend and two other passengers had a fatal accident around zone 8, close to Army signal, Lokoja after the keke they were in fell into the gutter.
