Responsibilities

Management of all business documents(Electronic and hard copy)for the Managing Director.
Scheduling, organizing and coordinating business meetings and appointments.
Arrangements of Business trips and reservations for the managing director and his associates.
Attend to all communications for the managing director.
Write and maintain business minutes,notes and correspondences of meetings.
Maintain records of discussions and decisions and ensure they are properly filed for the MD.
Consistently keep the MD abreast of all meetings, conferences, travel appointments and any other engagement ahead of time.
Ready to always represent the MD at meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
Manages the MD's calendar and programs.
Ensure that all duties and responsibilities to the MD conform to his preferences and works habits


Qualification Requirement:
S.S.C.E with minimum of 5years working experience.
O.N.D/H.N.D/B.SC. in any field of study.
Must have good dress sense.
