Gov. Rochas Okorocha has declared wanted with a bounty of 5 Million Naira for information leading to his rearrested, notorious alleged kidnapper, Henry Chibueze alias Vampire.

Owelle made this known today after a security council meeting held in Owerri, the state capital.

The security meeting was at the instance of the invasion of high court premises in Owerri by suspected gang members who whisked away Chibueze popularly known as Vampire.

Vampire described as a notorious felon has been standing trial in connection with cases of kidnapping.

News has it that,hoodlums said to be his gang members stormed the court premises and made away with him.
