These two (2) physically challenged brilliant minds motivated me as i used the newly commissioned pedestrian bridge at Berger bus stop in Lagos. www.metronaija.com spoke with them and they were happy to interact with us as they carry out their selfless job. Adamu Umar and Salisu Ibrahim were not born in Lagos and do not receive salary from anyone or government establishment for sweeping the ever busy bridge at the outskirst of Lagos state.


Adamu told www.metronaija.com exclusively that he spent 15 years in Lagos while Salisu cant remember the number of years he has spent in Lagos and also his age. See more photos below

Truly inspiring. Shows there's much ability even in disability. Meanwhile there are many able bodied men who can think of nothing productive to do or who's ego won't let them do menial jobs.
I bet these gentlemen make a tidy sum daily from the sympathy and appreciation of kind hearted Nigerians.
Kudos to them.
