• Daily Social Networks—SNs—trend analysis and hot topic reporting.

• O.R.M. – Online Reputation Management (Weekly and Monthly).

• O.B.B.A – Online Brand Broadcast Analysis – FB, TW, Instagram, Snapchat, T. SPOT.

• Strategic Planning of SNS platform and growth strategic planning

• Analysing of company generated market data for insight generation.

• Putting together reports for work done in the digital marketing department from time to time.

• Working with the deputy marketing manager in creating GTM and media spread plans for campaigns.



Requirements

The candidate to be considered must fulfil the following requirements;

• B.Sc./BA in any field

• Ability to crunch numbers and translate them into meaningful reports while working with the in-house graphics designer

• Ability to work with Facebook Insights, Instagram Insight, Twitter analytics and any other analytics tools

• Experienced in using Google Analytics and Web Analytics skills

• Ability to work with Spreadsheets, prepare reports and presentation with Power Point Slides

• Knowledge of different online paid and free measuring tools. Eg: BrandsEye, SocialBaker etc.


Social Media Executive – Voice Artist

Deliverable
• Oversees all company social media accounts management – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

• Post engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

• Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, creative content manager, Deputy marketing Manager, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.

• Works with the deputy marketing manager, DM, to come up with monthly publishing calendar and plans for always on and campaign mode of operations.

• Responds to comments, complaints from members of the social media fan community with excellent customer service skills.

• Degree in Marketing, social media or B. SC/BA in related fields.

• Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience,

Social Media Services Executive

Deliverables;

· The voice of TECNO on IG Video, Snapchat, FB and YouTube.

· In charge of posting contents to Snapchat, IG Video and other SNS video platforms we have.

· Engages with customers at events and provides live coverage in video. Eg: FB Live.

· Reports to the Deputy Marketing Manager, Digital. Live Facebook, Snpachat and Instagram video at events – Live event broadcast during launches and activation

· Grows the voice of TECNO on these platforms—using creative contents from creative content department as guide and will be doing phone review and unboxing from time to time for the TECNO Mobile YouTube page (Nigeria)



Requirements

• Grow the audience on Snapchat and YouTube by conversing with and sharing very engaging contents

• Daily engage and grow the Snapchat audience

• Bring up four creative Snapcaht ideas monthly.

• BA/B Sc in any discipline is an added advantage

• YouTube V-logger will be an added advantage
