As the Iraqi special forces declared eastern Mosul completely liberated from ISIS. They discovered an old ruined site where mustard warfare chemical agents & cache of Russian surface to air missles were being ready to be weaponized. It was already tasted by French agents and confirmed to be mustard agent. The weapon site was set up away from people's eyes in an old Nineveh ruins.
