According to Donald Trump's immigration policy, the United States of America is expected to stop issuing 2-year visas to Nigerians. The aim of the policy is to treat countries the same way Americans are being treated regarding visas.

Talking about the issue of visa, Nigeria only issue a 1-year visa to Americans, whereas, America issues a 2-year visa to Nigerians. Now, I guess everything is now reciprocal.

A critical analysis according to our source shows that Nigerians who hold dual nationality will be affected if their other passport is from Syria, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen the seven Muslim-majority countries “of concern”.

Recall that barely after a week of Trump's inauguration, he placed barn on visa issue for various countries, mostly Islamic countries which include Syria and 6 other countries. By doing this, Trump believes that he can protect Americans from Jihad attacks.
