Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Lagos(ikorodu)

Job Descriptions
Role Priorities / Responsibilities
Dealing with incoming email and post
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Liaising with clients,customers and other staff
Maintain and communicate adequate records in a legible and timely manner.
Honesty and transparency in reporting expenses.


Skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent word processing and I.T skills,including knowledge of a range of basic clerical software packages
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
The ability to work on your own initiative
Honesty and reliability
Attention to detail
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

Experience
Zero experience required, but applicants must be smart,intelligent and goal oriented.
