Arsene Wenger has lavish praise on his strikers as he claims Arsenal's current attacking players are the strongest he has worked with in over two decades.

Wenger has Alexis Sanchez who leads with 17 goals in 29 appearances, Oliver Giroud has 10 goals, Theo Walcott, Danny Welbeck and Lucas Perez among his striking options, while Alex Iwobi and Alex Chamberlain also featured in offensive roles.

When the likes of Thierry Henry, Robin Van Persie, Ian Wright and Dennis Bergkamp have all played and set their mark under the Frenchman during his two-decade reign both at Highbury and Emirates, but Wenger believes his current crop of strikers are better off the 2003/2004 invincibles
