At times you can't blame these dealers the exchange rate these days is crazy. Getting a clean car like this should cost you between $4000-$5000 excluding shipping and clearing. No be small thing O!

my brother don't be too greedy,, or don't put all your financial burden in just one sale, a clean toks for this car is between 2.1-2.4m. go ask around if you are not a dealer, yes we know the exchange rate is not smiling but it hasn't gotten to this please. Happy sales tho

Hahaha. Check my post i hav been looking to buy a corolla for some time now all to no avail cos of price. I sent for the car 4days ago and yesterday my brother bought d car for, 3500 dollars. See attached car. I got dollars for 492 naira. He said transfer and shipping of this useless car is 800d. I called my agent and he said i shld budget 600k for clearing. Am stuck now. Is now that i know what these guys psss through. In all i will spend like 2.7m. The agent said i shld pay short payment of d duty say like 350k but if custom stops u on d road, hmmm dats d last time u see dat car. Am just confused.

Most of these goons commenting anyhow and insulting the OP have not even bought a car wheel of late and so are not conversant with the current situation of importing and marketing cars in Nigeria. Though am not a car dealer but I just got something like this a few weeks ago, after all the hassles I spent about 700K above my initial estimate b/c of the Naira/Dollar wahala and the exhorbitant duties. If the price tag on the car is too high for u, look for the one within your reach instead of insulting the OP.
