For your information, you don't need to be fat before being overweight. The measurement of the Body Mass Index (BMI) explains the situation of our healthy lifestyle.

To determine your BMI, divide your weight (kg) by the square of your height (m).
i.e BMI = Mass (Kg) / Height x Height (m)

Result Interpretation:
1. If result is less than 18.5, you are underweight (it is advisable you try supplements that can add you up)

2. If it's between 18.5- 24.9, You have a normal weight

3. If it's between 25-29.9, you are overweight (manage your weight/use weight management supplements)

4. If it's 30-34.9, you are having Obesity Type 1 (You need supplements to check up)

5. If it's between 35-39.9, you are suffering from Obesity Type 2. (Needs supplements compulsorily)

6. If it's above 40, you are suffering from Extreme Obesity. (Same as 5)
