Its no longer news that Innocent Idibia is organizing a protest march on Sunday 6th of February 2017. Its no longer news that the recession is turning to depression; that there is anger and hunger in the land; that unemployment has reached its peak. Nobody is exempted from the cash crunch and the tardy, incompetent and seemingly failed system we are witnessing today.

We are all witnesses to the tears, anguish, lack, poverty, repression, hunger, police brutality, nepotism, unemployment; epileptic power supply, failed health system, ineffective legislature, corrupt judiciary and a tardy, annoying executive. Are we going to fold our hands and watch our commonwealth destroyed?

Many people can easily seat behind their computers and in their comfort zones to lend support but who will come out that day? This is a kinda rollcall for people who will come out and participate. It can be done simultaneously in all the major cities of Nigeria; as it is going on in Lagos, it will go on in other parts of Nigeria too. The time to change the status quo is now cos the dagger that did the damage still drips with blood.

How many of us will come out?
