Job Summary:
The person provides legal advice to the organisation and handles all real estate related legal issues like; preparation and review of documents, the negotiation of terms and conditions, the transference of titles and provide legal advice to the organisation. He/she will prepare resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions on behalf of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Are you the one we are looking for? Then you should know that you would be responsible for the following:
1. Reviewing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and note any deadlines to insure the deal proceeds as scheduled.
2. Organizing and maintaining all legal files and proper filling of all legal documents
3. Prepare legal document including legal briefs, court orders and other office related matter
4. Attending legal proceedings on behalf of the organisation

Desired Competencies & Experience:
To be selected for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Must possess minimum of a degree in law, LB; B.L.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in real estate
• Sound knowledge of the real estate market and clients management
• Highly motivated, with demonstrated convincing & influencing skills
• Thorough understanding of general and specific Land Use Acts & Property Law
• Good I.T skills will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
