1004 Estate is the largest single luxury high rise estate in Sub Saharan Africa and comprises over 1004 flats, maisonettes, studio apartment in the Victoria Island district of Lagos, Nigeria.

1004 Estates Limited was established in 2004 as a private limited liability company by a group of investors to acquire 1004 Estates Victoria Island, Lagos from the Federal government of Nigeria.

1004 Estate was originally opened in 1979 as a high amenity and upscale estate for the accommodation of senators and members of the House of Representatives and was subsequently occupied by senior Federal Civil servants until its acquisition by 1004 Estates Limited for N7 billion representing the single largest property transaction in 2007. The company commenced refurbishment of the estate in 2008 which involved the stripping, replacement of all internal mechanical/electrical fittings and internal partitions. The entire external services equipments for power, water and sewage were extensively redesigned and constructed to meet the changing needs of the Housing market. The Exterior facade was also extensively remodeled to a modern finish, while the apartment sizes enjoyed an increased footprint.

1004 Estates Limited opened sales in mid 2009 with payments and pre-sale of 600 apartments with Zenith & UBA Bank funded mortgages to corporate buyers in 1 (one) week (also the largest single day transaction of 2009) leading to an over-subscription of the 1004 units available. On completion the estate has now attained 95% occupancy due to its excellent location in the heart of the Victoria Island business and recreational district coupled with its constant provision of power/recreational facilities and its secure environment. Its large Landscaped garden provide the safe backdrop for safe jogging and walking. Four swimming pools and Tennis Courts provide a vibrant sporting life style for residents.

1004 Estates Limited is now focused on providing other exemplary real estates projects with emphasis on living, working and recreating innovatively in all our new developments.
