What gutter mouth did he run?
The guy spoke the truth! But the truth hurts!
Present day Nigerian so called ''hip hop, afro pop,'' sounds are not ONLY influenced by Ghana's azonto and Alqaeeda beats.
In fact they are copy cats of the Ghanaian beats! Go listen to beats pioneered by Sarkodie, Guru, Joey B, Shatta Wale etc and you would know!

Have you wondered why no single Nigerian musician or producer has guts to challenge or contradict what Mr Eazi said? It is only ignorant fans that are making noises. No Nigerian producer or musician will say a word against Mr Eazi because virtually all of them are either traveling to Ghana or sampling the works of Ghanaian musicians or producers in their studios.

The truth stands!
Jamaica gave reggae to the whole world even though the country is less than 10million in popluation! If you play reggae beats today, even if your population is 1billion, you are being influenced by Jamaican creativity!
Same for Ghanaian Azonto, Alqaeeda tunes. Same for highlife and Afrobeat (if you don't know, Fela travelled to Ghana, joined a band called Hedzolleh for 2 years to learn Afrobeat)

U CANNOT PUT A CROWN ON A CLOWN AND EXPECT A KING.... History Being Repeated? . In 1983: . $1 = N 1 £1 = N2 Volkswagen Beetle = N1,400 Foods were in abundance Kids were in school Businesses were booming with vibrant economy and people were gainfully employed. You are simply ill-informed and I can't put it past your lack of education and stupidity. For your information, I wasn't even insulting you but simply giving you a statement of fact. I would have straightened you out but you are a lost case. For the sake of humanity stop spreading falsehood and stay off internet. We are where we are economically because we've depended on crude oil alone for far too long. That is the simple truth. No terrestrial being can save us soon enough now until there's a jump in crude oil price again in the regions of $70 and above. If you like march from now till thy kingdom come, economy isn't going to improve anytime soon. Buhari is not Nigeria's problem but bad economic policies of the past and our wage imbalance. In case you don't know the rich are still getting richer, even in spite of the recession, Mr. Tuface has just opened 2 new nightclubs even in your so called "Buhari's bad economy". Does that tell you a thing or two? Nigeria is skewed to favour those few in the top echelon while your likes are left to help them cover up with your disparaging and misguided comment. Aside from the current economic issues we have, there's an embedded wage imbalance in the country which will perpetuate people in poverty. In sane climes, all that's required of you is just to get a job and you become automatically entitled to basic social amenities of life enough to have a roof over your head, your children educated, good health care for the family, have water running in your tap, 24/7 electricity supply and go on holidays, if you are the adventurous one, you get to buy a season ticket to watch any sport of your liking or go to the alps, ski and be lucky enough to stay alive and come back home(its your life, you are in charge) and do it all over again after the end of another year. So ask yourself why are people working and not getting the same social amenities in Nigeria while the rich keep on getting richer? Dangote just declared billions of profit again for the year in review. #Think and #FightTheSystemAndNotBuhari.

Well, same way people have been calling Mr Eazi different names just because he decided to be candid and spoke the truth!
Information is good for only those who appreciate.

So how many Nigerians could afford the Volkswagen in 1983 when it was #1400? You guys just argue pointlessly, it amazes me. $1 was equal to #1 so what? Was there no suffering in Nigeria then or is it a different Nigeria from the one I grew in? Mstcheeew

It's a great disservice to Mr Eazi by comparing him to the likes of dija. Infact he is way ahead of the three kids in mavins.
Nobody is pushing him oga, it's his time to shine in naija. Dude has been running the show in Ghana for a while and star boy only took advantage of the moment...
