We wrote the exams successfully without stressing ourselves. Mr. Akpan instructed all the students to summit their papers. Many students rushed to the front and summited their answer script. Perhaps, you dare not disobey his command whenever he speaks. I had already summited my answer script, as i was left with only question paper . After i had summited , i quickly vacated from the exams hall, while few smart students remained in the hall writing their very best. Uduak and Preciou were in the hall copying too. The sun was shining brightly by the time i came out from the examination hall to waited for Uduak. I stood under the sun for sometimes, patiently waiting for her to come out, but she didnt came out. I had sweated profusely and so, I reluctantly advanced to a mango tree and stood under it shades . I later sat down on one of the big roots, while gazing towards the direction of the examination hall.
Sooner, Uduak finally came out searching everywhere for me, but by the time i sighted her, i quickly put my two fingers in my mouth to blow a whistle. When Uduak heard the sound, she couldn't time, as she immediately approached my stand direction.

"what were you till doin in that hall?. I've waited on you.", i uttered when Uduak came closer.


"am sorry dear, i was very busy writing. Um.., Prince i cant stay much longer here. Am going home!.", Uduak said and swiftly walked away from me.
