Our client, a foreign national resident in Ikoyi seeks to employ a qualified candidate for this role.


DUTIES:
<> He must be able to prepare 3-, 4- and 5-course meals.
<> He has to be able to figure out how much food will be needed for the week and order food and supplies
<> He must be able to plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
<> He must have the magic of giving prepared plates the “final touch”


Requirements:

>< The candidate must be knowledgeable in preparing varying local and continental dishes.
>< He must be able to lay table and present food in a professional way.
>< We expect he/she to be able to keep adequate records and maintain a kitchen effectively and efficiently.
>< Only mature men above 35 years will be considered.
>< Accommodation will be pr ovided to the successful candidate.


Salary: N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.
