Thewrath: English una no sabi. How can u say waec life when waec is a noun. A contracted noun. An abbreviation is a noun. Contract in paragraph 3 sub 2 of the 11th edition Oxford English Dictionaries. Mind in a bracket in dictionaries if u read them. Mind is "usually singular" When u use "minds" it turns to a continuous verb like kills Or When u use mind's its now a person. Like mind's car is neat. Ipob make una go learn English. Study grammar before u call me waec boy. Because it is still incorrect to say "read grammar" like BudeYahoocom said when he wanted to mock me. Study grammar u Igbos before calling me waec boy. And stop disgracing your English teachers. 1 Like |

Thewrath: A pronoun before a noun is not enough reason to make a noun an adjective. For eg. Impunity is a noun. And your is not a noun. Yours is a noun. Your is a determiner. And even if it is a pronoun. But its not. Is not still correct. Why. Saying "your waec life" Is just like saying "Your shame life" You can't say your shame life because shame is a noun. Instead "shameful" An abbreviation is a noun. If your waec life is correct then your shame life is equally correct. . . . Am waiting for your elucidation. 1 Like |

IpobExposed:Shame in itself cannot be an noun or pronoun. It has to be preceded or suffixed by an adjective.. It's sad that you can't even comprehend what your longman dictionary is telling you.. It's the reason you keep failing waec,am done with you...it's Monday morning. |

Thewrath: Thewrath come and prove to me that shame is not a noun. All the dictionaries I read are saying it is a noun. Come and disgrace your English teacher like Bodeyahoocom Anything I post u guys will type R.I.P English. Even when its infallible. I just like ignoring you guys. But the more I ignore u. The more it looks as if am an illiterate. . . . A person who left secondary school. Is telling me that shame is not a noun... And u came here to say "this waec boy" Tufiakwa. 1 Like |

IpobExposed:Your understanding is that of a layman, shame has to be preceded by an adjective to make it a noun, not "shame" in itself! Get a more simplified dictionary. |
Re: A Nairalander escaped Fulani Herds Men Video by Nobody: 9:40am On Feb 06, 2017 |
KINGwax007: Live the thewrath. I have been ignoring him and BodeYahoocom. BodeYahoocom doesn't even know upon can replace "on" in all dictionaries. But now if you feel you want to correct me. I will fall your hands in public |
Re: A Nairalander escaped Fulani Herds Men Video by Nobody: 9:43am On Feb 06, 2017 |
Thewrath: The world should see u disgracing your English teacher again. Shame is a noun... An adjective is there to describe how a noun is... An adjective cannot turn a verb to a noun. An adjective has no power to turn anything to a noun. Just like "Death" is a noun... When I say shameful death. Am describing the death. Disgrace your self in public... Keep saying "shame" is not a noun. You don't know Nairaland is a public forum |

Re: A Nairalander escaped Fulani Herds Men Video by Nobody: 9:48am On Feb 06, 2017 |
Thewrath: She was overcome with shame. Is it not the same thing like saying she was overcome with death... And since you said it is an adjective that makes shame a noun. Is overcome an adjective? You're just confused. At least your dictionary is also telling you shame is a noun. And overcome is also not an adjective.. |

Re: A Nairalander escaped Fulani Herds Men Video by Nobody: 9:51am On Feb 06, 2017 |
Thewrath: Shame is not a pronoun to be used in place of a noun which is a name of a thing. Shame is not a pronoun but a noun. Stop arguing rubbish |

Thewrath: OK fine. Maybe the longman dictionary I have is obsolete... I will check the 11th edition Oxford later. But even if. A noun has no power to play the part of an adjective as u used... ***modified*** the latest Oxford dictionaries and Google online dictionaries said your is a determiner. But even if. Using a pronoun/determiner before a noun does not make a noun capable of describing.. Only a noun as a gerund. You can't say.. "Your shame life" A noun has no power to describe life
