Hi Guys,

Please, I would need help with relevant info on where to get the most updated details of companies that are up for sale. Specifically, Lagos-based businesses currently yielding an average of $200,000 in annual revenue smiley

Would be glad if suggestions start rolling in.

Many thanks

P:S: Thriving businesses/companies also looking out for investors not left out. I am open to such information too.

It depends on the kind of investors you want as well as the product of the company. explain better

Thanks, @Sirevee

So basically it's a total purchase of the company or own a stake in the company by investing money into it. I am interested in all categories of business/company. No specifics here. Only criteria are such business/company should be operational already and yielding at least an average annual revenue of $200,000 ...

Look forward to hearing from you smiley

Hello everyone, in the case of a friendly deal, the companies cooperate in negotiations, and in the case of a hostile deal, the board of directors or the management of the target company either does not want to be bought, or the board of directors of the target company may not know about the buyer's offer at all. Therefore, to begin with, study the information about mergers and acquisitions on https://imaa-institute.org/ma-beyond-borders-opportunities-risks/ in order to understand this issue in detail.
