Why Did Nigerians Shun The Anti Government Protest Yesterday? by NgeneUkwenu(f): 10:04am On Feb 07, 2017 |
From Jalingo To Kafanchan and then Back to Calabar, people were seen going about their normal business, everywhere was buzzing with business activities....nothing like protests whatsoever. Even in Ekiti State, where fayose has chained his people with hunger...Nothing like protest was noticed. If not for about 30 Members of opposition PDP that carried placards like lost souls in Abuja, the city would have recorded Zero protest. Then in Lagos, where a handful of protesters were seen matching and chatting away with policemen- which some observers described as a walk out exercise, that also ended as soon as it started. All in all, the protest yesterday was an epic flop! lalasticlala whats happening? 1 Like 2 Shares

it flops cos its a scalar protest... it has no meaning and its senseless... what exact is the motive behind the protest are we expecting govt to negotiate the rise in food prices and dollar with conveners of the protest... Naa it won't happen every one goes back to work and those that will be sacked will be sacked cos of the protest ...tuface was a hero in pulling out of the senseless protest... until we get our acts together and protest for a referendum to restructure the country and referendum to sack our senators that is when we can move fwd as a country 5 Likes 1 Share |

Did you say shun? Like really? Are you he or she? Single or married? Working or jobless? Are you being paid per post or thread? Are you saying you are happy with the current situation in Nigeria? Be honest with your response before i will know what to say. 6 Likes |

Because at the eleventh hour 2face noticed that the protest had been discreetly hijacked by tinubu and osinbanjo, to force pressure on the northern federal government to swear in that goat, osinbanjo. Once the shephard(2face) was gone, the people decided to stay home. APC southwest is at the moment widely unpopular. 1 Like |
