Smoking and its aftereffects are widely known phenomenon. Even the employers of these concentrate more to avoid smokers, as there employees. It’s on the ground that, the smokers is bound to be under illness than the other group.

Health insurance premium is being provided to its employees by almost all the firms. So, if the employees have the smoking nature, it will affect their health and the organizations have to bear a high cost in the form of insurance. In order to avoid such situation, the employers of these days are too cautious.

On the other side there is an another problem that’s been faced by the employers itself. The smoking habits of employees make the replacement a necessity in firms. Smoking brings in hard and fast diseases for people, and when an employee become sick, they need to b e repleced, inorder to continue the work without any interruption.  So there are problems beyond our thoughts and imagination that is associated with quitting cigarettes.
