Nigeria will stop importing refined petroleum products by 2019, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, said on Tuesday in Abuja.

Na una know who una dey lie for again.. D same refineries u claim to now b working is d same dat was reported to b non functional. First it was before d end of 2017 now it's before 2019. D first step towards solving a problem is acknowledging d problem and to stop lying to oneself.
