Hi everyone, I am a merchandiser of a lifestyle retail company. But, I want a higher managerial level job. Recently, my application to another different company have been processed and then would be the first interview session. The position would be an Area Manager, which is a middle-level managerial. I will meet the user for the first interview. This is the first time I called to a middle-level managerial interview.

Could anyone here have experienced in a middle-level managerial candidate interview? Please share me what are interviewers usually asked when interviewing a middle-level manager candidate?
