yeso I wrote to my branch, d said de sent mails to headquarters and de ve been sending reminder, I even wrote dem via Facebook and de replied saying de will look into it, up till today been 11th Feb 2017 nothing, am wondering who else I should go and disturb do dat d process can be fast forward

Just be patient. When a transfer dispense error involves another bank, it takes a while to resolve. No bank wants to carry gbese for the other.
ATM transfers are more complicated, it involves a third party even though banks insured the card to you so you money is stuck between your bank, the third party and your sisters bank. So until they detect the exact point the money is, your bank cannot refund.

Just be patient and keep reminding them.
I had a pos failed transaction with union bank since sept 2016. It was just reversed last week. I just went to the bank once to complain, while I followed up by reminding them online. I kind of understand the technicalities involved maybe that is why I didn't panic. The replies from my reminder was all I needed to keep on till they resolved it.
