Good communication skills.
Responsible for diagnosing, trouble shooting and resolving of hardware/software and other related system faults.
Create backup and disaster recovery for all systems
Analyze and review network performance
Ensure availability of network
Provide technical support of peripheral devices/printers Installation of computer hardware, networking and operating system software
Administer and configure accounts for users, profile and network setting.
