Please i need to know if there is any way it can be reduced because on some phone if you click the i am not a robot check box, it checks automatically but on mine, i have to do those boring puzzles first. Please help me

The dynamic IP address assigned to you by your ISP is most likely flagged.
Perhaps there are people using the same IP address to do illegal things online.
You can reset your network connection so you can be assigned a different IP address.
What SIM card are you using?
What device are you using?
If you're using a phone use a VPN, if you're using a PC there are VPN add-ons you can use.

Just turn off your data connection and turn it back on, you should be given a new IP address, hopefully one that isn't flagged.
Note that Nigerian ISPs use DHCP to allocate IP addresses so your IP will change periodically automatically.

Or you can just change your MAC address.
