The just concluded Lagos City Marathon was not a child play. Interestingly, some skaters decided to join the marathon. The best skater, and the Winner of this year Marathon, in Skating Category, is none other than a 600 level medical student, (Dentistry), an enigma popularly called Ken by his peers at the University of Lagos. Ken Igiowo, of late, about 2 years ago decided to add skating to the many sports he does. So, it took a lot of his peers at the College of Medicine of the prestigious University of Lagos / Lagos University Teaching Hospital, by surprise that he could achieve such feat.
