I think almost all goods and services has increased recently in Nigeria including food, clothes, law materials, water, tools and equipment, building materials, transportation, workmanship for services and even olosho. Every thing has added more money to the initial price. But surprisedly rent and land have refused to add. How can we justify investment in property if it will take a landlord his whole life to recover the money he invested in building his house? Is there any other commodity in Nigeria that is still sold the same price it was sold last two years? What is the hope of our property developers?
