Job Title: Senior / Associate Customer Service Assistants

MUST have recent customer service experience from a retail environment.

The job entails knowing the Nigerian FCMG terrain and excellent customer experience delivery.

Grow the customer and public awareness of our product, prices and ensure goods are well displayed / presented.

Able to maintain customers relations and deal with their complaints in the first instance.

Educational & Professional Qualifications:

- Minimum OND certificate.

- 1-3 yrs recent customer service experience especially with problem solving.

Experience of customer service technology, such as tills and inventory system.

Good understanding of shelf management and replenishment.

Experience in top retail industry will be a plus.

Location: Lagos
