Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal Sitting in Benin Continues today 14-02-2017, Between People Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressives Congress (APC).

INEC take the stage (1st Respondent) my lords we applying for 3days within our 10days given by Tribunal to prepare our case. We will utilize our 10days statutory given by this honorably tribunal. We want to come here with sound, good and intelligent witnesses, not those witnesses that will come here and starts repeating one word (typo error syndrome) or the other. Some of our witnesses my lords are youth coppers which majority of them have passed out. And also some are civil servants. So my lords, we have to be well equip.

MOZIA:
My lords, we can not oppose this application. I'm strongly in support my lords.

RICKY:
My lords, we can not also oppose the application. Adjournment is at the discretion of the tribunal, but my lords, I'm in support of the application.

PETITIONERS:
We are not in support of the application. INEC knew there case starts today.
.....Ruling..we here by adjourn till Friday 17th Feb. 2017 for the 1st responded to prepare for its case.
