Nobody allowing anything. You can only allow what you can prevent and in this case I don't see how anybody can stop this show. Take a census and ask if it should be shut down or not, I'm sure over 70% wouldn't want that to happen so who is deceiving who?

I also want to believe the cable belongs to a private company and not government. Best they can do is to censor it but to stop it I do not think so

2.If we must checkmate western civilization then shouldn't we go back to the root?
3. Is BBN Naija the only Chanel on Dstv? Are there no other channels?

How come the government destroyed Indecency CDs yet most persons have it in their phones? Even if the government bans it, would our social norms and values improve?
